Our all products are sourced from Hongkong, Vietnam & Abudhabi.
To deliver you within 2-3 working days we import stock in Pakistan. This allows us to offer high-quality products delivered to our valued customers within 2-3 working days. Once you have placed the order you should receive a verification email. After the verification of your order, quality check and packing all together takes 1-2 business day. Once dispatched, the shipping process takes 2-3 business days. In case the product is not delivered within 3-4 business days, the customers are requested to contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Courier company will try to contact you via telephone number provided before arranging delivery. If unable to contact courier company will return the parcel to us and we will then try to contact you and arrange another delivery in such case you will be charged delivery fee again to avoid the hassle please provide correct information.

The products will only be exchanged if we have failed to deliver the right article / size mentioned / shown on product page. All the sizes are clearly mentioned on our website and it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizes before ordering. In case the customer orders the wrong size, there would be 25% deduction in price for the exchange item.
As we have limited stocks, the size exchange would only be done if the issue is at SNS end. The exchange request will only be entertained within 2 days of receiving the products.
The customer would be liable to pay the courier charges to return the product to our address.
After 2 days it will be solely the company decision to fulfill your request or not.
SNS holds the authority to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in above paragraph. For exchange please email us at email@example.com
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund or return will only occur if :-
1. The wrong item was sent.
2. The item is defective.
3. The item was damaged in shipping.
You can claim refund within 2 days from date of item(s) delivered to you. In case of refund the customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and we will process the refund after receiving the item(s) and inspection of item(s).
Please note that cash refunds will only be given on damaged articles if a fresh item is not available. We make sure that the items are in their best condition before they are being dispatched, however, if the customer receives a damaged article, they can ask for a full cash refund by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org
You can cancel your order before delivery is processed. After you receive the tracking number it will be not possible to cancel the order. Refunds/Cancellation will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 14 working days depending on the mode of payment that the customer used.
In case of COD once a refund is confirmed we will initiate it either by issuing a voucher or via bank transfer to customer account within 14 days.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning item. Please note that your shipping cost is non-refundable.
